Ever since I can remember I’ve been obsessed with cooking things over an open fire. Even now the first thing I want to do when I’m in the great outdoors is to get a small fire going, brew up a pot of coffee, just sit there and watch the world unfold… I don’t know coffee outside just tastes better!

But believe it or not I didn’t always like coffee. It was a chance encounter with the TV show Twin Peaks in my youth that made want to try coffee again, and over the next few years I became obsessed with the black stuff.

But it was only recently I had the opportunity to expand on that obsession and develop my own blends of coffee and establish the Grizzly Jim Coffee Co.

Ethically sourced, passionately blended and artisanally roasted. The Grizzly Jim coffee company is a passion projects that I’m over the moon to share with the lovers of the great outdoors and coffee alike.
