    Here at Grizzly Strings we want to be clear on how we use and store your information. Any information you pass on to us will only ever be used to answer your query, or fulfill your order. Your data will only be requested and stored where needed, and only for as long as needed.

    What information do we collect?

     

    When contacting us via email, or via the contact form and including an email address, we store your message and email address on our email client.

    When contacting us via social media, we are able to see all public information you share via that platform.

    When submitting an order, alongside your order details we collect your email address, billing address and shipping address. If paying via Paypal we also collect your paypal address. We do not store card details.

     

    How do we use personal information?

     

    When contacting us with a query via email, the contact form or social media, we will use the contact information supplied to reply to your query.

    When placing an order, we will use the information supplied to email a conformation of your order, to complete your order, contact you in relation to your order if needed or to supply tracking information.

    Order details are also used for accounting purposes.

     

    When do we share personal data?

     

    We only share your personal data when this is necessary to complete your order. We share your address with Royal Mail to deliver your order. If ordering merchandise, we share your email address and delivery address with a third party for fulfillment of your order.

    We may also be required to share order details for accounting and legal reasons.

     

    Where do we store and process personal data?

     

    All emails and messages submitted through the contact form are stored by our email client, and all messages sent through social media platforms are stored on the respective websites.

    Personal data supplied when placing a web order is stored on secure PC’s, and securely on our web hosting service. The only people who have access to this information are those that require access for us to complete your order.
